Thank you for ordering personalized children's books from Talezy! This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, and procedures for delivering your custom books.

1. Order Processing

1.1 Production Time

Each personalized book is custom-made to order. Our standard production timeline is:

  • Total Production Time: 6-10 business days

Production begins after your payment is successfully processed. During peak seasons (holidays), production times may be extended by 2-3 business days.

1.2 Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and another notification when your book ships with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

2.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)

2.2 International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international destinations in the future.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure safe delivery of your books:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

The carrier used depends on your location and selected shipping method. We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate carrier for your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Link to track your package

You can also track your order status by logging into your Talezy account and viewing your order history.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Unavailable recipients
  • Refused deliveries
  • Force majeure events

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

To ship books to multiple addresses, you must place separate orders for each shipping address. We cannot split a single order across multiple destinations.

7. Expedited Orders

Need your book faster? Contact us at rush@talezy.ai before placing your order. We may be able to expedite production for an additional fee, subject to availability.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date
  2. Provide your order number and tracking information
  3. For damaged items, include photos of the damage
  4. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
  5. We will either replace the book or issue a refund at our discretion

9. Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, we recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery:

  • Christmas: Order by December 5th for standard shipping
  • Hanukkah: Order 3 weeks before the first night
  • Other Holidays: Order at least 2 weeks in advance

11. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

  • International addresses (currently US only)
  • Some APO/FPO addresses may have extended delivery times
